Exchange Policy

We offer a 15-days exchange policy for our customers.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product by logging into your account. A doorstep pickup will be arranged.
• Once we receive the returned product, the replacement will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
• Non-Eligible Exchanges: Personalised items / products cannot be exchanged.
• Exchanging for a Higher-Value Product: If you wish to exchange for a higher-value product, we will issue a coupon code for the value of the returned product. You can use this code to place a new order and pay the balance amount.
• Exchanging for a Lower-Value Product: If you exchange for a product of lower value, the difference will be issued as a credit note, and the replacement will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.
• No Exchange on Exchanged Products: Once an exchange has been processed, further returns or exchanges are not allowed.
• No additional discounts are offered on exchange orders.
