Return Policy:
We offer a 15-days return policy for our customers.
- Missing Items in Return: In cases where customers claim to have returned multiple products but some items are missing upon pickup, the Company reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing products from the refund. This also applies to promotional items, including free gifts.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages: If the package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Email us at care@nuyug.com with your Order ID, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
- Return Requests: If you wish to return a product, please raise a return request from your account on our website or app. Login or create an account using the same email ID you used when placing the order. We will arrange for a doorstep pickup.
Note: Return requests will not be accepted through other channels like email, social media, or phone.
- Self-shipment: If you fail to hand the product to the delivery partner during the arranged pickup, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse.
- Partial Returns: If you return only part of your order, the refund will be calculated based on applicable discounts on the non-returned items.
- Return Time Frame: If you initiate a return request within 15 days of receiving the product but do not return the shipment within the specified return period, a refund to your original payment method will not be processed. Instead, you will receive a credit note for the value of the product, which can be used for future purchases.
- Receipt Requirement: Always obtain a receipt (physical or electronic) when handing over the return to the courier. This will serve as proof in case the shipment is lost.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:
- Physically damaged items.
- Products ordered with fall.
- Customised or Personalised items / products.
- Products where the return or exchange request is made after 15 days of receipt.
- Made-to-order products.
